Common questions
Do I need a specific fund size to qualify?
No minimum. ORM evaluates mandate alignment, not AUM. A $300M fund with a clear AI infrastructure thesis qualifies. A $2B generalist fund without one does not.
Is this free or paid?
Subscriber access is on a retainer basis. Advisory engagements have separate fee structures scoped per engagement. One open-access report is available at no cost.
What if I'm not sure which tier I need?
Select your best guess and explain your situation in the context field. ORM will help clarify which path fits during the review or scoping call.
I have a specific site — can ORM score it?
Yes — under developer advisory or investor advisory engagement. Site names are not shared until NDA is in place. Describe the general market or asset type in your intake.
